- Client Coordination
- Manage Team, Delegate Responsibilities
- Grievance Handling (outsourced employees)
- Client Database Management
- Liaison Lahore office with Islamabad Office.

BBA / MBA / HR
Daily Task:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned clients ‘accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and clients’ expectations.
- Meet assigned targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Delegate tasks to the team members
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates clients ‘needs on an ongoing basis.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address clients ‘needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- To provide fortnightly reports to GM and CFO regarding the meeting set up with clients, clients’ concerns, issues, and the appropriate plan to resolve them.
- Develop plans for the coming week to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
- Provide reports and analysis as required
- To input creative solutions to maximize the opportunity
- To effectively solve problems and manage risk to ensure the achievement of targets.
- To liaise with corporate contacts, build and develop relationships
- Maintain & Update the database HR Solution and HRMS both
- Represent ASK at different business forums.
