  • Managing Recruitment /Outsourcing Count
  • Client Coordination
  • Manage Team, Delegate Responsibilities
  • Grievance Handling (outsourced employees)
  • Client Database Management
  • Liaison Lahore office with Islamabad Office.

Qualification:

BBA / MBA / HR

Daily Task:

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned clients ‘accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and clients’ expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Delegate tasks to the team members
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates clients ‘needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address clients ‘needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • To provide fortnightly reports to GM and CFO regarding the meeting set up with clients, clients’ concerns, issues, and the appropriate plan to resolve them.
  • Develop plans for the coming week to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
  • Provide reports and analysis as required
  • To input creative solutions to maximize the opportunity
  • To effectively solve problems and manage risk to ensure the achievement of targets.
  • To liaise with corporate contacts, build and develop relationships
  • Maintain & Update the database HR Solution and HRMS both
  • Represent ASK at different business forums.
