Position Summary:
Coordinates and maintains the administrative support functions of the office facilitate staff to ensure administrative functions operate at optimum efficiency.
Essentials Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develops work policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
a. Workflow analysis is conducted to identify inefficiencies.
b. Process and service improvements are identified and acted upon immediately.
c. Drafts of procedures or policies are presented for approval and implementation.
e. Quantitative or qualitative measurements are developed and implemented.
f. feedback to staff on performance measurements is consistent and timely.
g. Reports to management are accurate, consistent, and developed using the appropriate format.
2. Handles purchasing and personnel transactions.
a. Inventories are maintained with appropriate par levels.
b. Fiscal budget is developed and expenses monitored for adherence.
c. Forms required for personnel transactions are completed accurately and distributed on a timely basis.
d. Transactions are handled according to appropriate policy and procedures.
h. Sensitive administrative business is handled in a confidential manner.

a. Databases are organized and accurately maintained on a frequent basis.
b. Support specific functions are handled in an organized and timely fashion.
